Returns and Exchanges

The Art Syndicate only offers exchanges if the item isn’t sold as described. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We catalogue all art works and display photos on the website to be totally transparent with the condition of our product. Bearing in mind they are second hand goods and therefor may show signs of wear and tear. Every effort has been made to document the art work if condition has not been adequately mentioned in the description you are welcome to a high definition photo to be supplied on request.

 

Damages

Art Syndicate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We ship internationally with Australia post and FRF logistics All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. For all international shipments to selected countries, additional shipping costs will be added to the order summary on the checkout page once you’ve selected the destination country. This cost includes shipping insurance and delivery to door. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.

IN AUSTRALIA, OUR GOODS AND SERVICES COME WITH GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.
